Salary: Up to £41,000
Location: London | 1 day per week in the office
We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join a busy and supportive People team on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a broad generalist role providing hands-on HR support to People Partners and managers across employee relations, absence, performance, payroll, HRIS, policies and wider People projects.
You'll bring:-
Proven experience in a generalist HR/People Advisory role

Strong ER, absence, performance and disciplinary/grievance experience

Good knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS

Confidence advising managers on complex and sensitive people matters

Experience with HRIS, HR data and payroll processes

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification/experience

A proactive approach and the ability to hit the ground running
TUPE, DBS/pre-employment checks and Occupational Health experience would be advantageous. Experience within a regulated environment, particularly health or social care, would also be beneficial.
