Product Management Enablement & Atlassian Lead

Location: London - 3 days a week onsite (non-negotiable)
Duration: 6 Months Initial Contract
Rate: £650-£750 per day Inside IR35

We're supporting a highly reputable client in the Financial Services industry who are seeking a Product Management Enablement & Atlassian Lead to support a major transformation programme across their Technology division.

Working closely with senior technology leaders, Product Owners, Value Stream Leads and Delivery Partners, you'll help evolve Product Management practices and Technology Ways of Working through the effective use of Atlassian tooling. This includes owning and evolving the Atlassian roadmap and backlog, improving reporting, planning and governance capabilities, and driving adoption across the client's Guild-based technology model.

You will also oversee an external Atlassian implementation partner, provide Jira administration support, and help develop standards, best practices and governance approaches to improve consistency, visibility and delivery effectiveness.

• Strong Jira and Atlassian administration experience, including configuration, workflows, screens, permissions, dashboards, reporting, automation and troubleshooting
• Experience administering, supporting or evolving enterprise-scale Atlassian environments
• Experience working directly with Product Owners, Value Stream Leads, delivery teams or technology stakeholders to improve planning, reporting, roadmap management or delivery practices
• Experience managing third-party vendors, consulting engagements or platform implementation partners
• Proven ability to simplify complex processes, tooling or operating practices and translate user feedback into practical improvements
• Strong programme and project management skills, including management of priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery commitments
• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Jira Plans, Jira Product Discovery, Assets, Jira Service Management or related Atlassian products
• Experience with Atlassian Strategy Collection, including Focus, Talent and Align
• Experience supporting Product Management, Product Operations, Product Enablement or Technology Delivery Lifecycle (TDLC) practices
• Experience working within Agile, SAFe, Product Operating Model or Value Stream-based organisations
• Experience working in matrix organisations, driving outcomes through influence, collaboration and stakeholder alignment
