Ryder Reid Legal is working with a leading law firm to recruit for a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support their busy Corporate team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong legal secretarial experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This will be 3 days in the office and based in the heart of the city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
• Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
• Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
• Handling billing and time recording (Elite 3E)
• Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
• Liaising with clients and internal departments professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/PA within a Corporate Team
• Used Elite 3E
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
