Location: London Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission Realistic First Year OTE: £40,000-£60,000+Excellent Long-Term Earning Potential

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying business opportunities and winning new accounts
• Sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Providing exceptional service to clients and candidates
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, telesales, or customer-facing sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence when speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face
• A resilient and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Ambitious and financially driven
• A team player with a strong work ethic
