- Rate: £16.23 PAYE
- Location: Fully Remote after successful completion of 2 days onsite training.
- Job Type: Temporary (3 months, subject to change)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Training: 2-days onsite training in either Pitsea, Ealing or Westminster Bridge Road Office.
We are seeking a Housing Complaints Investigator to join a busy housing repairs team. .
You will be pivotal in handling Stage 1 complaints, ensuring they are resolved timely and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and respond to Stage 1 housing repairs complaints.
- Investigate issues thoroughly, liaising with internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Draft clear, professional, and empathetic written responses to complaints.
- Ensure all complaints are resolved within agreed timescales and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly.
- Deliver a customer-focused approach in all communications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience handling complaints in housing, local authority, or financial services sectors.
- Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with complaint-handling processes and frameworks within a regulated environment.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
