Senior HR Business Partner

Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner on behalf of a large, values-led organisation based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to partner with senior stakeholders, lead on complex people matters, and play a key role in delivering people and organisational development initiatives across a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR partnering support to senior leaders and managers
• Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processes
• Drive organisational change, workforce planning and talent management initiatives
• Coach and influence leaders to build management capability and high-performing teams
• Analyse people data and trends to support informed decision-making and business improvement
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, projects and people-focused initiatives
• Lead on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness
• Partner with managers on recruitment, succession planning and workforce development activities
• Identify opportunities to improve people processes, ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience
• Collaborate with wider teams to deliver organisational priorities and strategic objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience operating in a senior HR role, providing support across a broad range of people matters
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence effectively
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, combined with sound judgement and a good understanding of current HR best practice
• Experience supporting organisational change, continuous improvement, or wider people initiatives within a complex environment

Location: London

Duration: 9 month fixed-term contract

Pay rate: £60,000 per annum

Working hours: Full-time

Working pattern: Hybrid
