This is an opportunity to join a high-impact data transformation programme at an early stage. You'll play a key role in shaping how data services are defined, structured, and delivered across the organisation, helping establish a more centralised and scalable data capability.
The Company
They are a public sector focused organisation delivering services that support large-scale programmes and operational outcomes. As part of a growing data function, they are investing in how data is managed, governed, and leveraged across the business. The team is at the early stages of building a more product-led approach to data, creating an exciting environment where you can influence direction and delivery.
The Role and Deliverables
- Engage with stakeholders to understand existing data services and business requirements.
- Help define and shape a portfolio of data products and services.
- Bring together multiple existing data products into a cohesive service offering.
- Demonstrate the value and capabilities of data products to business stakeholders.
- Support the development of a more centralised data function and service model.
- Contribute to data architecture discussions and the longer-term data strategy.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience working as a Product Manager within data-focused environments.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Experience defining, developing, and managing data products or data services.
- Understanding of data architecture principles and data operating models.
- Experience working with retrofit, housing, property, sustainability, or similar datasets is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with public sector or regulated environments.
