Role: Laboratory Project Manager

Location: Field-based - UK & Ireland (Travel across the UK and Ireland required)

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £185 - £240 (PAYE excluding holiday pay) or £230 - £300 (UMB) per day

Contract: 12-month contract - Inside IR35

An excellent 12-month contract opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory Project Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a global leader in healthcare diagnostics.

This role will lead large-scale implementation programmes across the UK and Ireland, delivering complex healthcare technology rollouts while working closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

The Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale project rollouts
• Previous Project Management experience within NHS wards, laboratories, glucose or Point of Care environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing project plans, risks, budgets, and governance
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent project management qualification desirable

The Role

• Deliver end-to-end healthcare implementation projects
• Manage multiple project workstreams and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers
• Chair project meetings and provide governance updates
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and performance
• Ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement throughout project delivery
