Customer Service Assistant

Job Description

• Acting as a first point of contact for customers and supporting the smooth processing of orders.
• Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring all relevant specifications and information are correctly entered onto the system.
• Contacting customers where clarification is required and resolving queries relating to orders, products or services
• Assisting with general administrative activities, ensuring documentation and records are maintained accurately and are readily available when required.

• 1–2 years' previous customer service experience, preferably within a commercial, technical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when processing customer orders and specifications.
