I'm looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a well-known organisation on a contract basis. The role requires active SC Cleared candidates and anyone without one will unfortunately not be considered. The rate is £670 per day inside IR35. A large part of the role is remote working with the occasional travel into the London office.
Your new role
I'm looking for a technically focused ServiceNow Business Analyst who holds an active SC Clearance.
- Strong ServiceNow BA experience
- CSDM experience is essential
- Good technical understanding of CMDB, service modelling and ServiceNow architecture/data structures
- Able to translate technical/business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable working closely with ServiceNow developers, architects and technical teams
- Government experience and security clearance advantageous
