Support the smooth patient journey by delivering coordinated and patient-centred administrative processes across the speciality.

Liaise professionally with patients, relatives, NHS staff and external organisations, providing a high standard of customer service and communication.

Maintain accurate electronic patient records and data systems, ensuring information is entered promptly, accurately and in accordance with information governance requirements.

Assist clinical and operational teams in delivering safe and effective services while supporting compliance with Referral to Treatment (RTT) and other contractual performance targets.

Work effectively in a busy environment, prioritising workloads, managing frequent interruptions and ensuring the timely completion of administrative and clerical duties.
