Apply for this job

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and highly motivated PCN Manager to join North Newham Primary Care Network. Working closely with the Clinical Director and PCN Board, you will lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the PCN across its three member practices. You will play a key role in translating agreed strategic priorities into effective services, driving performance improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of PCN objectives.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with operational management, primary care, healthcare, or project coordination experience to further develop their skills within a supportive PCN environment.

The closing date for applications is 19.11.2026, however, we reserve the right to close the advert earlier due to volume of applications.

Main duties of the job

Manage the day-to-day operational delivery of North Newham PCN across its three member practices, working with the Clinical Director and PCN Board to translate agreed priorities into effective services, performance improvement, and accountable delivery. The postholder will bring relevant coordination or management experience and develop full independence in routine PCN management.

The PCN has established administrative, human resources and finance support. The postholder coordinates and quality-assures outputs from these services rather than duplicating their routine processing function.

Please refer to the JD/PS for full details of the role.
