Pay: £13.45 per hour PAYE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a busy and friendly team on an initial 6-month temporary contract, with an immediate start available.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a longer-term temporary assignment within a supportive office environment.

The Role:
You will provide general administrative and office support to the wider team, with responsibilities including:

• Maintaining and updating records and databases.
• Handling general correspondence and administrative queries.
• Updating internal systems and ensuring information is accurate.
• Assisting the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties.
• Processing invoices and using the COINS system.
• Working collaboratively as part of a busy team.

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Good IT skills and confidence using office systems.
• Experience with invoicing would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work well within a team.
