Quality Administrator

Are you organised, enjoy working with people and have a good eye for detail? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join on a contract basis.

You will be responsible for managing customer complaints,product returns and general requests, making sure everything is recorded correctly and followed up until it is resolved.

Job Description

• Receiving and recording customer complaints, returns and requests.
• Coordinating product returns, replacements and repairs where needed.
• Checking customer information and asking for any missing details.
• Reviewing outstanding cases and highlighting any delays or issues to the Head of Compliance.

• Ability to read and understand customer correspondence, sales orders, invoices, product codes and basic technical information.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and customer complaint handling.
• Experience with RMA / return order processes.
• Confidence when speaking to customers and colleagues by phone and email.
