Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Interim

Location: Flexible - UK offices, with hybrid working

An established, multi-office professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital strategy, channels and team.

This is a high-impact leadership role, combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation, lead a major website and CMS development project, and maximise the performance of SEO, PPC, email marketing and online content.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the organisation's digital marketing strategy, driving innovation, performance and continuous improvement.

• Lead website development, CMS migration, SEO, PPC, email marketing and digital campaigns.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and AI to improve digital capability and efficiency.

• Manage the digital marketing budget, agency relationships and key projects.

• Use analytics, reporting and insight to demonstrate ROI and influence business strategy.

• Lead, develop and motivate the digital team, building capability and high standards.

• Act as the senior digital adviser, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

• Ensure digital channels meet GDPR, accessibility and brand governance requirements.

About the candidate:

The ideal candidate will bring significant digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of setting strategy and leading successful digital teams. They will have strong knowledge of CMS and email marketing platforms, SEO, PPC, web analytics and digital technologies, alongside excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with HTML/CSS, Google Analytics and platforms such as Kentico is desirable. A background in professional services would be advantageous.
