Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas, you'll deliver clear HR advice, maintain accurate records, and help drive positive outcomes during periods of organisational change.

- Manage a varied Employee Relations caseload, with a particular focus on grievances.
- Support disciplinary, capability, ill-health and performance management processes where required.
- Assist managers with investigations, hearings, documentation, and outcome recommendations.
- Ensure all employee relations activities are handled in line with policy, procedure, and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate case management records and documentation throughout.
You'll ideally have:
- A recognised HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or above) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience supporting redundancy consultation processes.
- Strong Employee Relations experience, including grievance management.
- Knowledge of disciplinary, capability, probation, and performance management procedures.
- A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to influence and coach managers at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping.
If you're an experienced HR Advisor available at short notice and looking for an opportunity to utilise your employee relations and consultation expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
