We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to support the effective running of our busy Temporary Staffing service. You will work as part of a team providing high-quality HR administrative support and helping to deliver the end-to-end recruitment and administration of Bank Workers across a range of staff groups.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for Bank Workers across clinical, medical, professional and administrative staff groups.
- Processing new starters, payroll changes and terminations on ESR, and maintaining accurate HR databases and local records.
- Using ESR and Trac as part of the recruitment and HR administration process and producing standard and bespoke ESR reports.
- Responding professionally to queries from staff, managers and external callers by telephone, email and face-to-face contact.
- Providing basic HR information to staff and managers on matters including start dates, hours of work and banding, and resolving queries relating to Agenda for Change bandings for Bank Workers.
- Undertaking data cleansing, record audits and general HR administration, ensuring records are accurate and fit for purpose.
- Handling sensitive workforce information appropriately and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Working flexibly across the Temporary Staffing administration function according to service requirements and workload.
