We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to support a busy public sector service through effective business planning, performance management, financial forecasting and business improvement.

• Support budget reporting, financial forecasting and budget changes.
• Contribute to service business planning and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain performance management information and frameworks.
• Lead business improvement and change projects.
• Support business continuity and emergency planning arrangements.
• Manage key internal relationships and service communications.
• Lead on complaints, FOI and Subject Access Requests.
• Provide effective business support and contribute to workforce and resource management.
• Monitor staff performance and support team development.

• Significant experience across areas such as finance, HR, business continuity, change management and business support.
• Experience leading and managing staff and delivering against challenging objectives.
• Strong financial, analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience developing and implementing processes and information systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
