Training Manager - Telephony / Insurance

Our client, a leading financial services business, are recruiting for an experienced Training Manager to lead the people and training workstream for a large-scale Telephony migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the training workstream for a major Telephony migration programme.
• Partner with the vendor and internal teams and support the development of bespoke solutions where required.
• Conduct a detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across multiple business areas.
• Design, develop, and implement a tailored training programme based on identified needs.
• Create engaging training materials, learning content, and adoption plans.
• Drive user readiness and adoption
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and guiding them throughout the transformation journey.
• Work closely with communications and change teams to ensure consistent messaging and employee engagement.

• Proven experience as a Training Manager delivering large-scale technology or telephony transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting Telephony migrations is highly desirable.
• Experience conducting training needs analyses and developing enterprise-wide learning programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience in communications, change management, or user adoption initiatives would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills.
