Location: Northampton and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time, long-term positions

Must hold a valid DBS registered on the Update Service

We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term opportunities within schools across the Northampton area.

We are looking for caring, patient and reliable individuals who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in the classroom.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
• Helping pupils with their learning, development and social skills.
• Supporting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Working closely with teachers and other school staff to meet pupils’ individual needs.

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Is patient, understanding, compassionate and enthusiastic.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is reliable, flexible and committed to a long-term role.
• Must have a current DBS registered on the Update Service.
