An established organisation is seeking an experienced HR professional to join its people team and provide comprehensive administrative and operational HR support across multiple sites. This is a varied role offering exposure to the full employee life cycle, combining HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee data management, payroll support and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with organisational policies, employment legislation and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR colleagues with employee relations activity, including arranging meetings, coordinating hearing panels and preparing case documentation
• Produce meeting packs, correspondence, timelines, notes and supporting documentation for informal and formal HR processes.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment administration, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Develop strong working relationships with managers, senior leaders and internal stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, templates and workflows.
• Assist with projects focused on process improvement, policy development and operational efficiencies.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment administration, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

The Right Candidate

• Experience supporting HR administration within a busy, multi-site or complex organisation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration best practice
