6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid (2 Days per Week, London)

We're partnering with a Leading Global Insurer looking for a Data Product Analyst/Manager to bridge the gap between users and data product teams, ensuring data solutions are adopted, understood, and delivering real business impact.

• Drive adoption and engagement of enterprise data products.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Product Managers, Analysts, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver training, user guidance, workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Use data and insights to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Champion data literacy across the organisation.

• Strong experience in Data Analytics, BI, Product Analysis, or Data Products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience translating business needs into analytical or product improvements.
• Ability to create training materials, user guides, and adoption strategies.
• Experience within Commercial Insurance, Insurance Broking, Claims, Placement, or Specialty Insurance markets.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Python, or Databricks.
• Product Management, Product Operations, Change Adoption, or Customer Success experience.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or data product concepts.
