Complete Classroom Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bedford, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate education professional who is committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential within a supportive and inclusive school environment.

The Role

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Support teaching and learning across the primary curriculum.
• Assist pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
• Implement strategies to support positive behaviour, engagement and inclusion.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team to meet individual learning needs.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
• A patient, compassionate and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and classroom support skills.
• A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil development.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, subject to safeguarding requirements.
