Facilities Co-Ordinator - 15 month FTC

Facilities Project CoordinatorWentworth, Virginia Water, Surrey

15-month fixed-term contract | Office-based, five days per week

We are seeking an organised and proactive Facilities Project Coordinator to join a busy office environment on a six-month fixed-term contract.This varied role will support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, coordinate facilities and maintenance projects, manage contractors, and assist with health and safety, security and office administration. Responsibilities will also include managing facilities enquiries, purchase orders, bookings, access requirements and front-of-house support.
The successful candidate will have:

• Strong facilities, office management or project coordination experience
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities
• A good understanding of office health and safety
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

This position would suit someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and takes pride in maintaining a safe, efficient and professional working environment. Applicants must be available at short notice and able to work on-site in Wentworth, Virginia Water, five days per week.
