The Company

This is a major sports events organisation behind one of the most celebrated events in international sports, running global tournaments each year across multiple continents. Specialist teams spanning operations, partnerships, design, technology and logistics all work under one roof toward a shared, unmovable deadline. The Senior Event Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager sits at the heart of that effort, leading one of the most visible and complex workstreams on the programme.

The Role

The Senior Event Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager leads the planning and delivery of premium hospitality, VIP programmes and partner experiences for a major international sporting event drawing up to half a million attendees.

- Oversee operational delivery of premium hospitality across an assigned site area

- Develop project plans, budgets and delivery schedules

- Lead catering partner and supplier relationships against agreed objectives

- Oversee bespoke partner activations and premium hosting programmes

- Line-manage Hospitality Project Managers through planning and live delivery

- Manage escalations and maintain service standards on site

- Coordinate multiple workstreams across a complex event environment

The Candidate

The right person for this Senior Event Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager role will have a strong track record delivering premium hospitality, VIP programmes or partner experiences within major sporting, entertainment or live event environments, managing high-profile guests and senior stakeholders with genuine confidence.

Temporary infrastructure or greenfield site experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from premium hospitality management, partnership activation or senior guest experience roles in comparable environments are equally welcome to apply for this Senior Event Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager position.
