Data Administrator

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global animal health business looking for a Rebates Administrator to become part of their UK & Ireland team. They looking for a highly organised, analytical candidate to manage rebate programmes, support customers and ensure their data and processes run smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Manage rebate programmes, customer data and CRM records
• Process and analyse rebate and FOC claims, investigating discrepancies
• Handle customer and internal rebate queries
• Produce reports, statements and accounting uploads
• Maintain rebate tracking and provision data
• Work with IT and internal teams to resolve CRM issues
• Rebates Administration
• Data Management

What you’ll bring

• Strong Excel and data management skills
• CRM/database experience — Salesforce desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
