Are you an experienced Carbon Fibre Laminator looking for your next contract opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering manufacturer specialising in advanced composite components for the Automotive, Aerospace, Motorsport and Formula 1 sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team, working on cutting-edge projects within a fast-paced and quality-focused environment. You'll play a key role in producing complex, high-performance carbon fibre components to the highest industry standards.

As a Carbon Fibre Laminator, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out carbon fibre lay-up using pre-preg and composite materials.
• Working from engineering drawings, ply books and manufacturing specifications.
• Preparing tooling and moulds, including vacuum bagging and debulking processes.
• Supporting curing operations using ovens and autoclaves.
• De-moulding, trimming and inspecting finished components to ensure strict quality standards are achieved.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area at all times.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Carbon Fibre Laminator, Composite Technician or Composite Operative.
• A strong background working with carbon fibre and advanced composite materials.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience within Formula 1, Motorsport, Aerospace, Automotive, Defence or other high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
