Title: Campaign Marketing ManagerLocation: City of London
Contract: 12 months

We are looking for a technically strong Campaign Operations Associate to join a leading international financial services organisation on a 12-month contract.
Working within the CRM Campaign Operations function, you will play a key role in delivering and optimising customer communications across multiple digital channels. The position combines hands-on campaign execution with marketing technology expertise, making it ideal for someone who understands how to build, test and deliver campaigns while ensuring the underlying data, journeys and processes operate effectively.
The organisation currently uses MoEngage, although experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud would also be highly relevant. With changes to the existing technology landscape planned, experience supporting CRM or marketing technology migrations would be particularly beneficial.
Key responsibilities-
Build, configure, schedule and launch multichannel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS and customer communications.
-
Develop and manage automated customer journeys, audience segments and campaign workflows using enterprise marketing technology platforms.
-
Conduct thorough campaign testing and quality assurance, validating data, content, targeting, links, triggers and customer journeys before launch.
-
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
-
Support A/B and multivariate testing, using performance insights to inform campaign optimisation.
-
Validate audience data and campaign logic, maintaining accuracy and consistency across customer communications.
-
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Content and Customer Support teams to translate campaign requirements into effective technical delivery.
-
Coordinate campaign briefs, approvals, schedules and dependencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
-
Maintain appropriate controls around customer consent, data accuracy, compliance and risk throughout the campaign lifecycle.
-
Contribute to improvements in campaign operations, marketing technology processes and systems, including supporting migration activity where required.
-
Proven experience in CRM campaign operations, campaign execution, lifecycle marketing operations or a similar hands-on role.
-
Strong experience using marketing automation or CRM campaign platforms, ideally MoEngage, Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
-
Practical experience building and executing campaigns, automated journeys and audience segments.
-
Strong technical understanding of campaign testing, quality assurance, data validation and troubleshooting.
-
Experience analysing campaign performance, interpreting metrics and supporting structured testing and optimisation.
-
Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple business functions and translating requirements into effective campaign delivery.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
-
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines.
-
An understanding of data privacy, customer consent, risk and compliance requirements within customer communications.
-
Experience working within financial services, retail banking, payments or another regulated consumer environment.
-
Previous involvement in CRM, marketing automation or campaign platform migrations.
-
Experience working with campaign dashboards, deliverability reporting and customer engagement metrics.
-
A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
This is a 12-month contract based in central London, with a day rate of £550-£650.
Please note: The role requires five days per week in the office, and this requirement is non-negotiable.
If you have strong hands-on marketing technology experience and enjoy delivering technically complex, data-driven customer campaigns, we would be interested in hearing from you.
