Job summary

At St Barnabas Hospice, we do things differently. Our community nurses provide care where patients feel most comfortable - at home.
You will be part of a supportive team that values compassion, dignity, and making every moment matter.
Main duties of the job
Who We Are Looking For
- A Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
- Experience in community or palliative care nursing (newly qualified considered)
- Someone passionate about delivering exceptional care
- Must hold a current drivers licence and have access to independent transport
