• Help children feel confident, comfortable, and ready to learn.
• Support play-based learning and engaging classroom activities.
• Encourage early reading, phonics, writing, and maths skills.
• Help children develop friendships, communication skills, and independence.
• Provide additional support to pupils who need a little extra encouragement.
• Work with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Enjoys working with young children and supporting their development.
• Someone that has the passion to become an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
• Brings patience, kindness, energy, and enthusiasm to the classroom.
• Is reliable, proactive, and happy to learn.
• Works well with teachers and other members of the school team.
• Has childcare or education experience, although this isn't essential.
• Can commute to Hemel Hempstead for work.
