Purchase Ledger Clerk

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Education business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for 3 months.

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

• Inbox Management - Managing incoming emails and ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Query Resolution - Handling and resolving supplier and internal queries efficiently.
• Supplier Management - Chasing suppliers for outstanding information, invoices, and updates.
• Invoice Processing - Processing approximately 150 invoices per month, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Bank Reconciliations - Completing bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
• Accounts IQ - Using Accounts IQ accounting software to support day-to-day financial administration and accounting processes.

Profile:

The successful interim Purchase Ledger Clerk will have 3+ years experience.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

This role is paying between £16-£18p/h + Holiday (DOE)
