We are seeking a motivated and skilled Hard Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces by installing hardscape features such as patios, pathways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework.

Experience in Reclaimed York Stone is a must, along with laying porcelain and natural stone.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in construction or landscape installation with a focus on hardscaping projects.
• CSCS Card.
• Proficiency with hand tools for detailed craftsmanship in stonework or masonry tasks.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, or specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation or repair is a plus.
• Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and construct various hardscape features including patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures using appropriate tools and materials.
• Potentially operate machinery such as excavators and power tools safely and efficiently to assist with site preparation and installation tasks.
• Collaborate with Landscape Designers and team members to interpret plans and execute projects accurately.
• Use hand tools skilfully for precise cutting, shaping, levelling, and fitting of materials like stone, brick, concrete blocks, or pavers.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment during all phases of construction and maintenance.
