Job summary
We are looking for a vibrant, confident person to join the team to help deliver a high quality service in the MDT Team at Colchester and IpswichHospital.
Do you have excellent administration skills, an eye for detail, the tenacity to 'go that extra mile' in a very busy environment and care about patientsthat may be facing a diagnosis of cancer.

Please note that this post is based at either Colchester or Ipswich hospital sites.
Main duties of the job
To work closely with all members of the Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) across all specialties to assistwith the active pathway management of all suspected and diagnosed cancer patients that are referredinto the TrustTo assist in the tracking of the patient's pathway, from referral, through diagnostics, treatmentplanning and treatment, highlighting any potential delays in the pathway and ensuring accurate datacollection to support the process.To provide effective administrative support to ensure smooth facilitation and co-ordination of multidisciplinary team meetings (MDTs) on behalf of MDT Lead and Coordinators.
To assist in the accurate and complete data collection and input of cancer pathway investigations,COSD data and national audit datasets, such as NBCA, BAUS and NLCA
To provide assistance and support to other staff within the Cancer Services team.
