About the job
The Employment Partnership Office Administration Support role is a central part of the EPO team and will be responsible for operating the RDCS center's reception desk and providing outstanding customer service for the EPO team, RDCS stakeholders, programmes and wider community services on a daily basis. This is a dynamic customer facing role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is inspired about sustainability and thrives when supporting a diverse range of programmes that all strive to deliver an inspiring environment.
Responsibilities
- Support EPO administrative tasks across Business Development, RDCS and Apprenticeships teams
- Support the TerraDock membership, operations and administration, ensuring timely and accurate processes, monitoring and reporting systems
- Operate and have oversight of the RDCS reception desk on a daily basis
- Handle all guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in ensuring that all stakeholders and guests have a positive experience at the RDCS
- Manage the organisation and RDCS operating systems, such as an online booking system for room bookings, co-working spaces, accounting software and stakeholders management
- Support the RDCS in managing the Good Growth Fund, ensuring timely and accurate data capturing, reporting, processes and monitoring systems
- Liaise with stakeholders, support reporting and data management requirements
- Handle and support events, programmes as well enquiries in a professional manner
- Professionally respond to customer requests; make an effort to successfully resolve complaints in accordance with organization's guidelines
- Provide services and remedies that will improve stakeholder and guest satisfaction
- Work in conjunction with the Community Manager, EPO Directors, and RDCS stakeholders as necessary
Skills required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- High degree of initiative and dynamism, along with strong influencing, decision-making, and teamwork abilities
- Experience working with customers directly, either online or in person
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software programmes, such as Microsoft Office
- Experience managing finance or account processing and monitoring
- Previous experience in customer facing role within a multi-stakeholder organization
- Experience managing and supporting events or programmes
- Proficiency with managing app-based booking systems
