Membership Executive - 5 Month FTC

We are working with a professional institute representing a major manufacturing sector and are looking for a confident and engaging Membership Executive to join their team on a fixed term basis until the end of February 2027. This would be an excellent opportunity for anybody looking to put their customer service and account management skills to good use.

You’ll be joining at a particularly busy time, and the key duties will involve –

• Acting as a first point of contact for member enquiries
• Assisting with the on-boarding of new members
• Processing membership renewals and changes of details
• Boosting member engagement by promoting the range of events, courses and publications available.

We are particularly keen to speak to candidates with a background in a professional membership organisation, particularly those with experience in B2B communications. Strong relationship management skills and data handling abilities are going to be essential.
