We specialise in delivering sustainable change through expertise in people, process, technology, and procurement. We are currently engaged by a major media company to conduct a comprehensive audit of its hosting and infrastructure estate.
Project Profile
The project involves assessing applications, services, hosting platforms, infrastructure, resilience, support models, and cloud migration readiness across various environments including VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Windows, and Linux. The goal is to provide the client with a clear understanding of its current estate, establish consistent categorisation of applications and hosting options, and identify opportunities to reduce risk, optimise licensing demand, and support future hosting strategy decisions.
Role Profile
We are seeking an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead a large-scale technology discovery and audit programme. This role involves acting as the central point of coordination across applications, infrastructure, hosting, and service management teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead mobilisation activities and establish the programme delivery structure.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all discovery and audit activities across multiple technology domains.
- Maintain programme plans, milestones, priorities, and delivery schedules.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
- Coordinate engagement with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
- Manage sprint planning, ongoing delivery activities, and facilitate sprint reviews.
- Produce high-quality programme reporting for senior stakeholders and governance boards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes within enterprise environments.
- Strong background in technical programme management, technology consulting, or enterprise delivery leadership.
- Extensive experience in workshop and discovery facilitation.
- Strong RAID management experience and excellent risk, dependency, and decision management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including infrastructure platforms, hosting environments, and service management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and business-focused manner.
