- Contract Type: 3-month temporary contract (Subject to change)
- Location: Wembley Park Office, 3 days per week in office / 2 days working from home
- Salary: £21.41 PAYE / £28.19 Umbrella per hour
We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Services Officer to manage complaints, perform general administrative tasks, and ensure effective customer and stakeholder engagement. This role involves updating spreadsheets, contacting customers to arrange access, and managing documentation for legal actions related to property services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide a comprehensive and high-quality administrative function to support the Property Services Team, ensuring flexibility and continuity of service delivery.
- Maintain asset management data and engage with customers and stakeholders for the effective delivery of investment, repairs, servicing, and cyclical programmes.
- Manage documentation and preparations for legal actions to enforce tenancy and leasehold agreements, including managing the forced entry process in compliance with housing and leasehold legislation.
- Work closely with managers to ensure the Property Services team's work is effective, efficient, and economical, reflecting performance standards for best value outcomes.
- Monitor the performance and quality of processes, outputs, and outcomes of the Property Services Team and its contractors, providing regular reports on findings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service office environment, preferably within property services.
- Knowledge of project administration, landlord gas safety, fire safety, and property access requirements.
- Experience in performance monitoring, resolving service failures, and database management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in word processing and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage tasks autonomously, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and concisely and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
