Each Supply Teacher will arrive prepared, follow the work provided and create a calm classroom in which pupils can continue learning.

• Deliver clear and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Follow school behaviour, safeguarding and reporting procedures
• Adapt teaching to the needs of the class
• Work positively with teaching assistants and school leaders
• Leave concise feedback on learning and any important incidents

The ideal Supply Teacher will have UK QTS, sound classroom management and a flexible approach. You may be an experienced teacher seeking a better work-life balance or an ECT keen to broaden your classroom experience. Reliability and professional communication are essential.
