Job summary

The Willow Group has an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) to join our forward-thinking and innovative GP group, providing primary care services to approximately 48,000 patients across five sites in Gosport.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to patients. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other qualified healthcare professional, you will provide physical and psychological support in accordance with individual care plans and practice procedures.

Main duties of the job

  • Has phlebotomy experience and competencies.
