Improving Lives Notts is a small, values-driven charity supporting adults across Nottingham who are experiencing multiple disadvantages.
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Business Executive Assistant to play a central role in keeping our organisation running smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys supporting senior leaders, and wants to make a meaningful difference through exceptional administration, governance and financial coordination.
As our Business Executive Assistant, you'll work closely with the CEO to maintain accurate financial records, track budgets, manage policy and governance schedules, update the organisational risk register, and support the preparation of board papers. You'll also be a key part of our day-to-day operations — providing office administration, phone cover, recruitment support, and ensuring our systems and processes run efficiently.
We're looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, confidence with spreadsheets and financial tracking, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
If you're a team player with great communication skills, enjoy supporting others, and want to contribute to a charity making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
