About the RoleWe are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Office & HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes ownership of responsibilities, and confidently supports both office operations and HR activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing valuable support to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice administration and coordination
Supplier management and relationship coordination
Purchasing, invoice processing and expense administration
Filing, document management and record maintenance
Supporting employee onboarding and office logistics
Managing correspondence and internal communications
Providing administrative support to the HRBP
Assisting with ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives
What We're Looking ForEssentialFluent Mandarin and English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident working independently and managing competing priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
Professional communication skills with employees, suppliers and stakeholders
Highly DesirableExperience working within a multinational organisation
Previous exposure to fast-paced corporate environments
Experience managing invoices, purchasing processes and supplier coordination
HR administration experience would be advantageous
