Academics are working with a 'good' school in Chelmsford, Essex. This is a long term role commencing in October, until July 2027. A permanent role from August 2027 will be available for the right candidate. The school also offers teacher training which would be carried on site and would allow you to earn a wage, while working towards your QTS.

Key responsibilities within the role:
- Attend to pupils' personal needs, and implement related personal programmes (must be comfortable taking both girls and boys to the toilet)
- Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
- Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
- Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
