As a Coffee Administrator, you'll be the central point of coordination for the Coffee team, managing bookings, schedules, logistics, and administration to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll work closely with our Head of Coffee, Coffee Specialists, internal teams, and customers to deliver a first-class experience from start to finish.
This will be a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months. It is also a part time position working 24 hours a week over 3 days, we can be flexible on the days worked.
What We Are Looking For In The Role of Coffee Administrator
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination, or scheduling role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
The Responsibilities of the Coffee Administrator
- Coordinate and schedule coffee training sessions, customer audits, tastings, events, and customer experiences, ensuring all activities are planned and delivered efficiently.
- Manage bookings, calendars, meeting invites, and communications, acting as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and Coffee Specialists.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistical requirements, ensuring the Coffee team has everything needed to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, training documentation, and completion certificates, ensuring information is up to date and readily accessible.
- Support the planning and delivery of customer events and internal training programmes, helping to ensure all requirements are organised and executed successfully.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Coffee Excellence team, assisting with coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
