Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Contract Management System (CMS) for a leading Asset Management organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Contract Management System
• Coordinate business, technology, legal, procurement and vendor teams
• Oversee third-party system delivery, testing, data migration and business readiness
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks and stakeholder communications
• Ensure successful adoption and transition to BAU

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology implementation projects
• Asset Management experience is highly desirable
• Experience implementing Contract Management, CLM or other third-party enterprise platforms
• Strong third-party vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading data migration activities and system integrations
• Ability to manage project plans, governance, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Strong communication skills with both business and technology stakeholders
