About this job

We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of high-profile digital services.
Working within a multidisciplinary Agile team, you'll use data, analytics and performance insight to understand user behaviour, measure service effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement performance measures aligned to user and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
  • Analyse digital journeys using analytics and other data sources to identify areas for improvement.
  • Combine front-end and back-end data to provide a complete view of service performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights that drive better user experiences and service outcomes.
  • Provide expertise on analytics implementation, data collection and performance measurement.
  • Present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with service teams and stakeholders to support major digital transformation initiatives.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience as a Digital Performance Analyst within large-scale digital programmes.
  • Strong experience developing KPIs, performance frameworks and dashboards.
  • Expertise in digital analytics and user journey analysis.
  • Experience combining multiple data sources to create meaningful performance insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing service improvements through evidence-based recommendations.
Desirable
  • Experience working within UK Government or public sector environments.
  • Knowledge of GOV.UK services and digital performance standards.
  • Experience supporting identity, authentication or large-scale digital transformation programmes.
