Location: Hybrid - Penge - Hawthorn Centre or Morden - Apollo House - covering through South London and Bromley.
Salary: £36,709 - £45, 367 per annum pro rata
Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered
Contract Type: 6-month fixed term contract

We're looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer (Repairs) on a secondment until 31 March 2027.

The Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout complex repairs, major works and temporary move journeys.

Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, the post holder will build trusted relationships, coordinate complex repairs and major works, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure residents remain informed and supported at every stage.

Working collaboratively across Clarion and with external contractors, the RLO will proactively resolve issues, minimise disruption, and ensure residents receive a high-quality, customer-focused service. The role also supports major incidents, required moves, complex complaints and vulnerable residents, ensuring customer needs remain at the centre of service delivery.

The South London region is busy operating across 19 Local Authority areas, and this role will be the key link between teams, departments and our customers. Our residents are our priority, and we are keen to ensure we hear their views and communicate effectively on service promises. You'll report to the Resident Liaison Manager, we can support regular home working, with attendance at offices and London based customers' homes as required.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in either Merton or Penge. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
