Multi Trade Operative

Enjoy a 3-month, self-employed contract with a company van and fuel card provided, working directly for a respected housing association in Coventry. This Multi Trade Operative role offers £22 per hour, 37 hours per week, weekly pay and CIS payment options.
You’ll be working for an established housing association across the Coventry area, carrying out essential day-to-day maintenance and repairs within their social housing properties. You’ll have consistent work throughout the contract and everything needed to travel between jobs as a Multi Trade Operative.
I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Multi Skilled Engineer within social housing.
As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
• Completing plumbing repairs as your main trade
• Undertaking additional multi-trade repairs as required
• Working across social housing properties
• Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a good standard

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• A recognised plumbing qualification
• Strong plumbing experience as their main trade
• Previous social housing experience
• Experience completing reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
• Additional multi-trade maintenance skills
• A full UK driving licence

Location & travel
Based around Coventry, you’ll be travelling between the housing association’s properties across the local area, with a company van and fuel card provided to make travelling between jobs straightforward.
