Job Description - SEN Teaching Assistant

• SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEN School
• ASAP start
• £105 - £120 per day
• Part Time, long-term contract
• Dedicated support from experienced teachers and specialist SEN professionals

PERSON SPECIFICATION- SEN Teaching Assistant

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism or complex needs would be advantageous
• Passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Empathetic and understanding approach when supporting pupils with complex needs
• Adaptable and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Willing to learn and develop within a specialist SEN environment
