UKG Pro WFM Application Configuration Consultant

We're seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Application Configuration Consultant to join a high-profile workforce management programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a UKG specialist who can work independently to configure, test, and deploy complex workforce management solutions while helping drive best practice across an established UKG Pro WFM environment.

• Configure, unit test, and deploy complex requirements across Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals.
• Produce detailed solution designs and supporting documentation.
• Review existing UKG Pro WFM configurations and recommend improvements to optimise processes and maximise use of core platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents, and problems effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, from operational users through to senior management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the UKG Pro WFM platform.

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration.
• Proven expertise across Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals modules.
• Experience independently delivering configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create clear technical and functional documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for workforce management technology and a strong understanding of UKG Pro WFM capabilities.
