The Senior National Account Manager/Sales Manager role will be managing the Top Retail accounts with a team of 3 on a Fixed Term Contract.

My client is a privately owned Premium Food Manufacturing Business supplying all the major retailers with lots of NPD and Growth Opportunities.

Description

• Manage and Take ownership for the Top Retailers - Sainsburys, Waitrose, Ocado, Asda, Morrisons and Tesco
• Lead and Manage a well established sales team
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Profile

A successful Sales Manager should have:

• Proven experience in FMCG sales with Retail account management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and trends effectively.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
